ARLINGTON — Community members are being encouraged to do some early holiday shopping at a vendor fair being put on by the Arlington-Smokey Point Chamber of Commerce.

The fair will take place from 5:30-8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5 at the Arlington Boys & Girls Club.

"Every vendor will be donating door prizes," said Renae James, co-chair of the event. "People seem pretty excited about it."

Scheduled vendors include Avon, Cookie Lee, The Purse Lady, Tastefully Simple, Let's Get Wine-y!, Party Lite, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Southern Living at Home and more, James said.

Proceeds from the vendor sale go directly to the chamber.

The Arlington Boys & Girls Club is located at 18513 59th Ave. NE, Arlington.
