ARLINGTON — Members of the Haller Middle School Volunteer Club recently collected cash and a full shopping cart of donated items to support Kids’ Kloset.

Club members earlier this month handed out informational fliers about the Arlington-based nonprofit as they collected donations in front of the Arlington Safeway.

The club received approximately $40 in cash, as well as a number of items from shoppers.

The Volunteer Club is part of Haller’s HAWK Friday, or Haller Awesome Weekly Klubs, which take place on Friday afternoons. During that time, teachers offer a variety of clubs for students to join as a reward for remaining caught up on their homework.

To donate to Kids’ Kloset, or for more information, call 360-435-4875. The store, which serves children in need throughout Arlington, is located at 135 S. French Street, Box C.
