ARLINGTON — Car buffs will soon have a chance to check out some sweet rides all for a good cause.

The 2010 Cruzin' for a Cure car show, organized by The Pink Ladies and The T-Birds Relay for Life teams in Arlington, will take place Sunday, May 23, at Weston High School (4407 172nd Street, Arlington) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Admission is $20 for participants and free for spectators. The first 200 show participants will receive a dash plaque.

During the contest, there will be raffles, booths and other items for sale. Organizers are also hosting a dunk tank so that attendees can dunk their favorite Arlington School District bus driver, said Arlington resident Mark Lilgreen.

Also on hand will be Tow Mater from the Disney movie "Cars."

Proceeds from the event benefit the American Cancer Society.

Registrations can be downloaded at sites.google.com/site/cruzinforacure.

Lilgreen can also be contacted at 360-659-9507 for more information.
