ARLINGTON — Out of the Blue Aviation wants the prospective pilots of the future to know that they still have openings available at the Young Aviators Summer Camp at the Arlington Municipal Airport.

Out of the Blue’s program is open to young adults aged 12-17 and offers aviation activities over the course of the next two weeks. Young aviators can choose to do one or both of those remaining weeks, with classes running from July 25-29 and Aug. 8-12.

The cost for the camp is $279 per student and includes hands-on aviation activities, a field trip and a flight lesson. There are a number of scholarships available to cover students’ admission fees, as well as a $500 prize that will be awarded to one of the camp attendees at the end of the summer.
