When you need treats to share and still have time to spare this is the recipe for you! They are a snap to make and disappear just as fast. If you like chocolate and peanut butter, you'll love these.
Surprise Bar
1/2 cup butter
1 12 ounce pkg. chocolate chips (I use semi-sweet)
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 cup peanut butter
Place marshmallows on jelly roll pan. Evenly distribute them. Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Mix well and pour over marshmallows. Spread the mixture with a knife to cover the marshmallows. Cool in refrigerator. Cut them into bars and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Enjoy, Diane
