Arlington dancers to launch Aquasox game

They are excited to have the opportunity to perform at the Aquasox game in Everett Aug. 21, when they will offer a brief performance of a number from “High School Musical II,” at 7 p.m., before the game starts at 7:05 p.m. Star Energy is the performing group for the school of dance and features dancers aged 9 up to teenagers. The school of dance has announced a registration open house is set from 5 to 8 p.m., Aug. 18 and from noon to 3 p.m., Aug. 24. The school offers creative movement for the youngest set, ballet and jazz and tap for all ages as well as hip hop, pointe and conditioning through dance. Faculty members include, along with director Becky Oesch, Becky Juneau, Heidi Schultz, Megan Smith and Dean Speer. Classes start Sept. 8.
