ARLINGTON — Country singer and songwriter Trent Tomlinson is coming to the Linda M. Byrnes Performing Arts Center in Arlington on Sept. 18.

Tomlinson’s recent release, “Drunker Than Me,” has placed in the Top 20 country hit list, and his other hits include “She Might Just Have Her Radio On,” “I Was Gonna Leave Tomorrow Anyway” and “One Wing in the Fire.”

Many of Tomlinson’s songs have been performed by popular country music artists such as Emerson Drive, George Strait and Sara Evans, and his latest album, “A Guy Like Me,” will be available on Oct. 20.

The Arlington Arts Council is presenting this show, providing concertgoers an opportunity to see this country star up close in the 680-seat PAC. KMPS Country Radio will be hosting the event, with Randy Scott from the “Waking Crew.”

Tickets are $20 for lower-level and $25 for upper-level seating, and you can log onto www.byrnesperformingarts.org to purchase your tickets. Show time starts at 7:30 p.m.
