Auction & BBQ Thank You

On behalf of Arlington Heights Improvement Club, we would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You to all of our local businesses that supported our recent Auction & BBQ. This annual event would not be possible without donations received from the loyal locals.

We recognize in the current economic situation, donations to charitable causes can be very overwhelming for struggling businesses. We would also like to encourage everyone to shop locally, and support those people who support the many community needs that are presented to their doors every day. Arlington Pharmacy, Flowers by George, Les Schwab, Blue Bird Cafe, Magic Shears, Bistro San Martin, Nelson Petroleum, Eagle Crest Restaurant, Arlington Machine and Welding, Ernst Chiropractic, John Dykstra, Shotwell Chiropractic, Cenex Co-Op supply, Electric Beach, Jennifer’s Pet Grooming, Islands Bakery, Peterson Chiropractic, Instant Color, Favorite Pastimes, Rocket Alley Bar & Grill, Western Sales, Cuz Concrete, Strotz Feed, Roads West, Glen Miller, Keith Swain and the many others we might have forgotten, Thank You. And to everyone who came out for the BBQ and Auction, thank you to you as well.

Thanks to the generous support we received, we will be able to continue funding scholarships to a local Arlington area graduate, Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets to local families, and support of the Stilly Valley Little League and Arlington area Food Bank. See you all next year, save the date, July 25, 2010.
