Re-elect John Koster

As I read through the candidate statements in the voter’s pamphlet, I was struck by how well John Koster expressed an understanding of what should be the proper role of government. It is refreshing to see a candidate who can express such a clear vision.

To top it off, I have observed John Koster’s performance as our County Councilman, and I know this is not just campaign rhetoric spewing out of some politician’s mouth at election time. John has a very clear understanding of how county government works and has worked tirelessly to make sure constituents are being well represented. In addition, as a native born county resident growing up on a dairy farm, John has the utmost respect for the open spaces and natural environment which makes Snohomish County such a great place to live and raise a family. It is a difficult balancing act trying to ensure job growth which will support families and keeping the beauty and natural resources available for all to see and use, but John has managed to respect and represent both.

I believe the voters will be well-served to re-elect John Koster.

He’s got my vote!
