MARYSVILLE – Reading with Royalty started today at Pinewood Elementary School.

The event features royalty from the Marysville Strawberry Festival reading to local students and families.

Readings will take place every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to noon at the school library. Dates are July 26 and Aug. 2, 9, 16 and 23.

Books can be checked out to promote summer reading.

Royalty includes Queen Sarah Turral and Princess Denise Jacobsen, along with junior royalty Elizabeth Turral, Jimena Yanez and Rozlynn Edwards.
