ARLINGTON — Getchell Fire Station 68 has offered free pancake breakfasts in the spring for the past four years, but this year, due to popular demand, they've decided to try something a little different.

"A lot of people have asked if we'll be doing something for Halloween," said Eric Miller of Getchell Fire Station 68. "So, since we had a lot of tour groups coming in, and everybody loves our pancake breakfasts anyway, we just decided to do one for Halloween."

The Getchell Fire Station 68 Halloween pancake breakfast will take place Oct. 31 from 7 a.m. to noon at 8424 99th Ave. in Arlington.

"We'll be accepting donations," Miller said. "We'll also be handing out candy and picking out the best costumes. It'll be fun for the whole family."
