ARLINGTON — Arlington's American Legion Post 76 will be celebrating the birthday of the American Legion on Saturday, March 16.

All Legion members and their guests are invited to swing by the Arlington Legion Lounge, located at 115 N. Olympic Ave., for the celebration starting at 4 p.m., which will be followed by a $6-per-person dinner at 5 p.m.

The celebration's special guests are set to include several recently appointed Eagle Scouts from local Boy Scouts of America Troop 92.

"This is our day to celebrate our organization and our cause, to be proud of all that we have accomplished and to enjoy the festivities," Arlington Legion Lounge Manager Debbie Jackson said.
