ARLINGTON — Pink T-shirts will be on sale at Arlington High School starting this week.
Proceeds from the shirts will go to Arlington's Relay for Life to support cancer awareness.
The shirts cost $10 a piece, and can be purchased either at the high school athletic office or at the Jan. 22 boys' home basketball game versus Stanwood.
Checks should be made out to "AHS Donation" or cash will be accepted.
"We would love to see everyone continue wearing their pink shirts to the games," said Jeff Bryson, assistant boys' basketball coach.
The basketball game will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Arlington High School gymnasium.
It is Arlington High School's second Relay for Life fundraiser in as many weeks — the boys' basketball team held a Coaches vs. Cancer WESCO event during its Jan. 15 game versus Lake Stevens.
The Jan. 22 competition will also be a Coaches vs. Cancer game.
Arlington High School is located at 18821 Crown Ridge Boulevard. The school can be reached at 360-618-6300.
