Arlington Garden Club hosts annual June Fling

ARLINGTON — Green thumbs will be able to soon enjoy the Arlington Garden Club's June Fling.

The members-only event takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, June 14, at the Arlington Boys & Girls Club (18513 59th Avenue NE).

The annual fling will feature the presentations of the Myrtle Ruckert Award for promoting horticulture in the community and the Gardner of the Year Award to the club member who demonstrates exceptional community service.

Special guests and garden club advocates are also scheduled to attend the event.
