Arlington Rotary sponsoring year-long international high school exchange

The Arlington Club has sponsored Sandra Maroto Lombao from Madrid, Spain, for the 2012-13 school year and sent Samantha Arndt, a sophomore from Lakewood High School, to France for a year.

Those under 18 years of age need a parent or guardian's signature for permission to vaccinate.

Auditor encourages voters to return their voted ballots soon
Nov 01 2012, 5:16 PM Snohomish County Auditor Carolyn Weikel is encouraging all voters to avoid the crowds of Election Day and ensure their ballots count by returning their voted ballots soon. Ballots can be returned anytime through the mail or by using one of 11 ballot drop boxes. Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked by Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 6. Ballots returned through a ballot drop box must be deposited in the box by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
