Sheriff’s Office searching Stillaguamish for overdue rafters

ARLINGTON — The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue (SAR) Air Unit, SnoHawk, is currently searching the Stillaguamish River for two overdue rafters. The rafters, one male and one female both reportedly in their 20s, put in at the Cicero Bridge late Thursday. They were last seen at approximately 5:30 p.m. Thursday. They were reported missing around midnight and SAR, along with Arlington Police and Arlington Heights Fire, searched the river for over two hours until suspending the operation until 8:30 a.m. Friday morning morning.
