ARLINGTON — A rolled-over semi-truck has been blocking the right lane of southbound Interstate 5 at State Route 531 near Arlington since 12:52 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30.

The on-ramp is also blocked near the end, but the ramp is not closed. Drivers may still use it, but must merge earlier.

Crews estimate the lanes will be closed until at least 3 p.m., while they continue removing the semi-truck and repairing the asphalt.

The Washington State Department of Transportation traffic map and camera of the area can be found online at www.wsdot.com/traffic/seattle/default.aspx?cam=1433#cam.
