Traffic alert for 67th Ave. through Oct. 20

ARLINGTON — To support Phase 3 of the upcoming 67th Avenue construction project, AT&T is relocating its underground utilities currently within the 67th Avenue area.

Contractors will be working on this relocation effort from Friday, Sept. 7, through Saturday, Oct. 20, on Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This work will mostly occur along the west edge of the roadway, outside of the travel lanes, although contractors will need to work within those lanes at times.

During those times, signs will be posted and flaggers will be on site to facilitate the lane closures, but contractors will, as much as possible, minimize lane closures and inconvenience to drivers.
