Cascade Valley Hospital proposed budget, levies discussed on Oct. 17

ARLINGTON — The proposed budget and levies for Snohomish County Public Hospital District 3 will be the subject of a meeting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Cascade Valley Hospital.

The Rainier Conference Room at Cascade Valley Hospital will serve as the site for a public hearing to consider the proposed budget of the contemplated financial transactions for 2013.

This proposal includes a regular property tax levy of $1,279,714.11 and a voted bond levy of $3,016,537.50.

The further purpose of the hearing will be to consider increasing by 1 percent the amount levied in the preceding calendar year for maintenance and operations, in the amount of $11,977.37.

This proposed budget is on file and available for inspection.

The Cascade Valley Hospital is located at 330 S. Stillaguamish Ave. in Arlington.
