Superintendent invites community to annual 'State of the District' address

ARLINGTON — Dr. Kristine McDuffy, superintendent of the Arlington School District, will be presenting the fifth annual "State of the District" address on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at 6 p.m. in the Linda M. Byrnes Performing Arts Center, located at 18821 Crown Ridge Blvd. in Arlington.
McDuffy will provide a report on the state of the district in relation to student learning, the district's budget, facilities, stewardship activities and the continuous improvement process. An opportunity for round-table discussion will also be provided.
The meeting is open to the public and attendees are encouraged to bring questions and feedback.
