Snohomish County Sheriff, Prosecutor respond to DUI FAQs

On Monday, Dec. 10, Snohomish County Sheriff John Lovick and Prosecuting Attorney Mark Roe will join a panel discussion on the topic of "driving under the influence" on KRKO 1380 AM to educate residents about impaired driving.

The radio show will air from 5-7 p.m., and listeners are encouraged to call in and ask questions regarding DUI, as well as how it relates to the new marijuana laws.

Lovick and Roe will be joined by Washington State Liquor Control Board Northwest Regional Manager Tom Dixon, a defense attorney from Russell Hill, Lynnwood Police Drug Recognition Expert Mark Brinkman and Sgt. Wayne Davis, and a DUI Victim Panel speaker.
