ARLINGTON — Drivers should anticipate minor daytime delays on southbound Interstate 5 at the Stillaguamish River bridge north of Arlington for four days.

From Monday, Jan. 7, through Thursday, Jan. 10, crews from the Washington State Department of Transportation will close a single southbound lane between 236th Street Northeast and Pioneer Highway East, daily from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. for biannual bridge inspection.

The work must be done during the day to ensure a thorough inspection.

Drivers can check upcoming road closures on the Snohomish County construction update page at www.wsdot.wa.gov/Northwest/Snohomish/Construction.
