MARYSVILLE — At approximately noon on Tuesday, Aug. 13, the Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force confirmed they had wanted felon Timothy Lussier in custody. The 35-year-old man was arrested in Marysville following a brief pursuit, as Lussier attempted to flee police on a bicycle.
