ARLINGTON Collision investigation detectives are investigating a fatal motorbike crash that happened at approximately 4 p.m., July 29, on a dirt motocross track in the 22100 block of Sather Road in the Arlington area.

Troy Richard Boggs, a 19-year-old man from Monroe, was riding motorbikes with three other male teens on the private, rural property when he crashed. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The three other teens were on a different part of the track and didn't witness the crash.

Investigators do not know who owns the property the teens were riding on or the circumstances surrounding the crash. The 19-year-old man was wearing a helmet.

The exact cause and manner of Boggs' death are still pending, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office.
