Public hearing on housing development on SR 531

The city of Arlington has announced a public hearing with the hearing examiner for the Glen Hawk Estates Preliminary Plat will start at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 30 at the City Council Chambers.
The proposed development is a 24-lot single-family subdivision located on approximately 7.21 acres. The plat will be served with public roads and with water and sewer from the city of Arlington. Access will be from 172nd Street NE/SR 531 and from 73rd Place NE. The site is zoned low and moderate density residential and the minimum lot size is 7,200-square-feet for single-family and 10,800-square-feet for duplexes.
