Along with lunch, gifts were presented including Carrhart t-shirts and safety sunglasses from Arlington Hardware. It was Georges brainstorm, said David Boulton. Since the lunch provided by George and friends, Bruce Bruch offered certificates to all the street construction team for lunch at his restaurant, Broosters, at 223 N. Olympic Ave., and Jeannie Watanabe offered ice cream bars during the hot spell last week in front of her business, Home 360, at the intersection of Olympic Avenue and Third Street, The curbs of the Fourth Street intersection have been poured and forms will be installed during this week of July 16 20. Work proceeded on Monday into the Second Street intersection.
