From left, Eric Engstrom, Ken Couch and Jordan Jones help Harry Engstrom install a 230-pound painting of the old Arlington Hardware pick-up truck that has been seen in many Fourth of July parades through the years. The painting is installed above the back entryway facing the hardwares parking lot. The senior owner of the store, Mike Jones, said that he had approached Engstrom about doing a painting about a year ago and he just got it done and mounted on April 29. Mike Jones son, Jordan Jones studied art with Engstrom while he was attending Stillaguamish Valley School and has taken private art lessons with him in recent years. Engstrom also painted the new Arlington Hardware sign that faces Olympic Avenue.
