Arlington – Arlington police arrested a suspect Wednesday morning in the Tuesday afternoon bank robbery at Key Bank in the 500 block of North Olympic Avenue. The robbery was reported shortly after 1 p.m. Dec. 16, according to the city's spokesperson Kristin Banfield.

The 20 year-old suspect was booked into Snohomish County jail Wednesday afternoon and was to make his first appearance in court Wednesday or Thursday.

No weapons were displayed during the robbery.

He was charged with robbery in the first degree as well as assault based on an incident in August.

"We recovered most of the money," Banfield said the suspect owed some money on rent.
