Arlington – Arlington Police are searching for a 23-year-old female Arlington resident in connection with a hit and run crash that occurred April 15, according to the city's spokesperson, Kristin Banfield.

The suspect was seen driving in excess of the 25 mph speed limit when she lost control of her vehicle in the 18900 block of 45th Dr. NE. The car went onto the sidewalk and struck a light pole and then the driver fled the scene on foot, Banfield said.

No injuries were reported, Arlington Police closed the area to traffic for two hours to conduct an investigation and remove the light pole from the roadway.
