ARLINGTON — The Arlington School Board may be moving its meetings up an hour.

The Board is scheduled to take action on whether the meetings, which currently start at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, should be moved up to 6 p.m.

Changes could go into effect for the Feb. 22 meeting if approved.

Currently, School Board meetings and Arlington City Council work sessions take place at the same time.

According to a district memo, the Board held a special meeting on Jan. 8-9 where it initially discussed making the changes.
