OSO — A 49-year-old Marysville man and a 57-year-old Lynnwood man were among three motorists injured in a crash east of Oso just after 9 p.m. on Saturday, June 26.

The two Snohomish County residents, who were driving motorcycles, were traveling west on State Route 530 when one of the motorcyclists crossed over the center lane and struck a Honda sedan belonging to a 62-year-old Shelton woman.

The motorcycle involved in the initial collision then struck the second motorcycle.

Both men, who both had on helmets, were transported to Harborview Medical Center and treated for serious injuries, while the Shelton woman was released at the scene.

Authorities believe alcohol or drugs may have played a role in the crash.

All three vehicles were totaled in the collision.
