Thousands attend free Joe Nichols concert (Slide show)

ARLINGTON – Thousands of people braved the heat with little shade to share to attend the free Joe Nichols concert Aug. 10.

Nichols is a well-known country music singer, who most-famous song is probably “Tequila makes her clothes fall off.”

“Brokenheartsville,” the song he opened with, is another fan favorite.

Earlier in the day, at the Stillaguamish Tribe’s 25th Annual Festival of the River, Native American dancers from all over the Pacific Northwest performed.
