Worker injured in explosion at pot production plant

ARLINGTON – A worker was hospitalized Thursday afternoon after an explosion at an Arlington cannabis production facility.

The worker was transported to Cascade Valley Hospital in Arlington with minor injuries, city spokeswoman Kristin Banfield said.

The incident happened about 1 p.m. at Smokey Point Productions in the 18500 block of 67th Avenue NE.
