John Harvey Jack

John Harvey Jack, Cha-dus Tul-a-Whalth, 43, was born Oct. 31, 1963, in Port Angeles, Wash., and passed away Feb. 6, 2007, in Darrington, Wash.
He attended school in Everett and Marysville. John was a salmon hatchery worker, fisherman, wood cutter, cannery worker, basket maker and hunter.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Jack; son, Jonathon Jack; sister, Virginia Jack; brothers, Rainey Sonny Jack, Anderson Jack and Timothy Jack Watson.
John was preceded in death by his father, Chris Windy Jack; and brothers, Peter Tommy I and Peter Tommy II.
Viewing was held from noon to 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home. An Interfaith service was held at 6 p.m., Sunday evening, at the Tulalip Tribal Center, with funeral services held Monday, Feb. 12, 2007. Burial followed at the Harvey Family Cemetery in Darrington.
