40 Days for Life

The annual Washington State March for Life in Olympia took place Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008 at noon. This event featured legislative speakers who encouraged citizens to continue their efforts defending the unborn through prayer, short speeches and song. March for Life memorializes the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court abortion decision as a horrendous tragedy in American culture.
On Feb. 6, 2008, 40 Days for Life will pray and fast for an end to abortion in six Washington State communities. The spring campaign is in response to last years successful 40 Days for Life effort. Participants humbly seek Gods divine intervention to end abortion, one city at a time; it is the beginning of the end of abortion. Those who did not take part last year are encouraged to join 40 Days for Life Feb. 6 through March 16. Please visit www.40daysforlife.com for more information.
