As we enter a new year we would like to give our heartfelt thanks to the many individuals and groups who made the holidays extra special for our food bank patrons.
To the individuals who were generous in spirit and gave monetary or food and toiletry donations so we could keep our shelves well stocked, we thank you.
To the lovely angel who hand knitted many hats and mittens for the children, we thank you, as we know they will be a little warmer this winter.
To the many people who remembered what it is like to be a kid again at Christmas time we thank you for buying gifts for the children, as well as the adults and brightening their holiday.
To The Point Church and Arlington Rotary, we thank you for taking on the task of filling 25 Christmas food boxes for our customers and delivering them. What a blessing you are.
To Oso Chapel and Arlington Safeway, we thank you for your continued support throughout the entire year as you realize that hunger isnt a seasonal problem but one that needs attention 12 months out of the year.
To our volunteers who go above and beyond, we thank you, as we know one of the greatest gifts is to give of your time.
We couldnt have made this last year and holiday season a success without the hard work, generosity and support of everyone listed here. Thank you all for stepping up to make a difference in the lives of those who are in need.
Gods blessings and Happy New Year.
