The Arlington Food Bank would like to thank the community for all the food and cash donations during this holiday season. With special thanks to Haggen Foods, Arlington Fire Department, Angel of the Winds Casino, Bayliner U.S. Marine, Arlington Food Pavilion as well as all of the Schools and Scout Troops. With your help we were able to hand out over 500 baskets between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Thank you to the American Legion and Barbara Lloyd for providing and handing out over 300 toys to the children for our Christmas baskets.
I would also like to thank the many volunteers who worked very hard to put our holiday baskets together and continue that effort by handing them out. Thank you to all the volunteers who work year round to keep the food bank up and running.
Through the communitys generous support, we are able to help those less fortunate.
Thanks to all who continue to aid our local effort.
Pam Titus,
Arlington Food Bank Manager
