Forty Days for Life is a spiritual time calling upon God to hear our prayers and end the tragedy of abortion in our neighborhoods, state, and nation. It is a time of prayer, while respectfully being present outside facilities that perform abortions, primarily Planned Parenthood. It is a time to pray for those individuals who enter the facilities as an employee doctor, nurse, staff or patient the mother, the father and their baby.
Forty Days for Life kick-off rally started Tuesday evening, Sept. 25 at 7 p.m., at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Following the rally, participants may begin their vigil at Planned Parenthood, 1509 32nd Street, adjacent to Hoyt Avenue, across from the Everett Post Office. A Midway Rally is on Tuesday, Oct.16. The Vigil continues through Nov. 4, 2007. For further 40 Days for Life information: http://www.40daysforlife.com.
