CAMAS — The Arlington Eagles suffered a rough end to their state championship dreams this season, when Camas dominated the field and emerged victorious with a 62-6 win on Saturday, Nov. 10.

Arlington's defense was no match for the Papermakers, who scored nine touchdowns in the game. They kept the Eagles scoreless until the last three minutes of the second half when Connor Bovard caught a 7-yard pass from quarterback Skylor Elgarico and scored the team's only touchdown of the night, bringing the score to 62-6.

The loss marks the missed opportunity for Arlington to advance to state quarterfinals. The Eagles ended their season with a 5-6 record.
