The annual Strawberry Festival Golf Tournament has stoked the fires of rivalry as teams of golfers from Marysville and the surrounding areas vie for bragging rights at Cedarcrest Golf Course, June 13.

In scramble play, all four players tee off and play from the longest shot. Over 18 holes, teams must use at least four strokes from each team member, at least two drives and two putts.

Those out more for fun than hardware can still take home any one of the prizes raffled off after golfers return from their round of 18.

The tournament tees off at 8 a.m.
