Sports Night
at Darrington

Darrington School District invites all Fall, Winter and Spring athletes, parents and community members to a presentation given by Curt Marsh, Super Bowl champion, Los Angeles Raider and University of Washington football player.
Among a myriad of athletic achievements, Marsh was selected as a college All-American, named one of the 100 best players in University of Washington history and selected in the first round of the 1981 NFL draft. During his seven-year career in the NFL Marsh was a member of the Super Bowl winning 1983 Raiders team coached by Tom Flores.
After the presentation, there will be an opportunity to complete the DHS/DMS Athletic Handbook paperwork and have any questions answered. This presentation is for all student athletes participating in Fall sports for Darrington High School and Darrington Middle School. A reduced price sports physical opportunity is available the following day.

Multisport Camps upcoming

Skyhawks are putting on three multisport camps this summer. For children ages 7-14, the July 9-13 camp will be held at Pioneer Elementary School. The cost is $116 for the five-day camp which includes soccer, baseball and basketball.
The Minihawk camp, for ages 4-7 will be held at Quake Park. It will consist of tee-ball, soccer and basketball and run from 9 a.m. to noon. Cost is $104.
Tennis camp for ages 7-14 is July 23-27 from 9 a.m. to noon at Arlington High School. Cost is $104.
