Frank R Herbert

Frank Raymond Herbert Sr., 80, born Oct. 31, 1926, in Columbus, Ohio; passed away April 10, 2007, in Everett, Wash.
Frank grew up in Forsyth, Mo., and was an U.S. veteran serving in the United States Navy during WWII and the National Guard during the Korean War.
Frank worked as a Field Representative for Sulair Corporation for 25 years retiring at the age of 66. He continued his employment career as a WalMart greeter for several years following his retirement.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Phyllis Herbert, of Marysville; and children, Susan Pursel (Steve), of Marysville, Sharon Wagner (Doug), of Arlington, Frank Herbert Jr., of Arlington (Val), Robert Herbert (Kathy), of Snohomish and Gary Herbert (Mary), of Stanwood. Frank was the proud grandfather of 16 and great-grandfather of six.
Frank accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior in 1975 and was a member of the Marysville Assembly of God for the past 15 years.
Frank was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, dearly loved by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frank was a kind, loving, generous and thoughtful man whose beautiful smile will be remembered by the many lives he touched. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Franks life was held at 1 p.m., on Saturday April 14, 2007, at Marysville Assembly Of God.
