Kenneth Ken Joseph

Ken Rabung, 70, of Marysville, Wash., passed away Nov. 10, 2007, peacefully in his home after a courageous battle with prostate cancer.
Ken was born on Sept.13, 1937, in Everett, Wash., but grew up in Yakima, Wash.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Jeanette Rabung; mother, Marie Kastner; and brothers, Jerry Kastner and Bill Sullivan.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Edie Rabung who was by his side until his passing; stepdaughters, Jeanell Coalwell of Marysville and Jennifer (Pat) Dreewes of Seattle, Wash. and Stephanie (Dan) Moore of Stanwood, Wash.; and eight step-grandchildren.
Ken is also survived by his daughter, Sandee (Don) Deuel of both Everett and Colorado; son, Mike (Tina) Rabung of Lynnwood, Wash.; three grandchildren; sister, Claudette (Joe) Mears; and sisters-in-law, Ole Kastner and Barb Sullivan.
He moved to Edmonds in 1965 and worked as a Master Auto Technician for 25 years. Ken also served in the U.S. Air Force for three years. He loved his walks at the Edmonds beach front and traveling in his motorhome. Ken was a quiet gentleman who we all loved dearly and will miss in sight, but not in our hearts.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 14511 51st Ave. NE (by Shoultes Road) Marysville, Wash. A potluck will follow.
