They offer 312 apartments with 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom options at 18506 Smokey Point Blvd.

The approximate sizes of the apartments are: one bedroom, 650 square feet; two bedrooms, 970 square feet; and three bedrooms, 1,110 square feet.

The Villas at Arlington was developed by AVS Communities, and participates in an affordable housing program that offers costs at below the average median rent to qualifying households. Rental rates for households meeting income limits are: one-bedroom, $1,140 per month; two-bedroom, $1,355 per month; and three-bedroom, $1,580 per month.

“The community amenities at Villas at Arlington are hard to beat,” said Chris McEver, president of Indigo Real Estate Services, management firm for the property. “Our residents love having access to a wide array of features such as our indoor basketball court, spacious club room that includes a catering kitchen and game room, and business center computers that are used daily for homework, work and fun.”

To qualify, a sliding income scale is used that rises based on the number of people in a household. The annual household income limits are: one person, $38,750; two people, $44,300; three people, $49,850; four people $55,350; and five people, $59,800.
