Arlington mayor wins Jackson award

ARLINGTON – Mayor Barb Tolbert is the 2019 recipient of the Henry M. Jackson Award. Presented at the 8th Annual Economic Alliance Snohomish County Meeting and Awards Celebration, the honor is presented to someone who shows “exemplary service to the community and is committed to the business interests of the region.”

In her acceptance speech, Tolbert recognized the partnerships and teamwork that have made the progress in Arlington and north Snohomish County possible.
