Holiday Headstart Card Class

Use holiday stamps and die cuts to create a card box and five stylish cards. Cost is $30. Class is Oct. 13, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Depot at Legion Park, 114 N Olympic Ave. To register call 360-403-3448.

Basic First Aid

Basic First Aid will be offered Saturday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the community room at the Boys & Girls Club at 18513 59th Ave. NE. Cost is $30. Call to register 360-403-3448.

CPR, AED Certification

CPR, AED Certification will be offered Saturday, Oct. 20, 1-4 p.m.,at the community room at the Boys & Girls Club at 18513 59th Ave. NE. Cost is $30. Call to register 360-403-3448.

Growing Great Garlic

Presented by Mark Lovejoy, this free class will be Saturday, Oct. 13, 10 a.m.to noon, at the Community Garden across from Arlington Library, 135 N. Washington Ave. Registration is not required.

Beginner’s Crochet

Learn how to crochet a “potato chip” scarf, the new style you have seen recently. Materials are provided. For ages 12 and up. Call 360-403-3448 to register,. A class will be scheduled as people who are interested sign up. Cost is $15. Located in the Depot at Legion Park, 114 N. Olympic Ave.
