The Snohomish County Family Caregiver Support Program aims to provide unpaid family caregivers with the skills they need to better care for themselves while caring for others.

This class is designed to help caregivers develop a wealth of self-care tools to reduce personal stress, communicate their needs effectively in challenging situations, deal with difficult emotions and make tough caregiving decisions.
