ARLINGTON — The Stillaguamish Valley Genealogical Society’s presentation on Tuesday, Aug. 14, from 1-2 p.m. will inform attendees about the Arlington community’s portion of the “Find A Grave” worldwide project.

Larry Taylor and Leilani Lucrisia have photographed all the markers in the Arlington Cemetery, which number in the thousands, and have placed them on the free “Find A Grave” website at www.findagrave.com.

These two volunteers will explain how to use the “Find A Grave” website, and how this resource can help people find information and pictures almost anywhere in the United States and worldwide.

This presentation is free, and will take place at the Arlington Free Methodist Church at 730 East Highland Dr., whose ample parking includes handicapped parking.

The Stillaguamish Valley Genealogical Society is conducting its presentations at this location, rather than at its own library, to accommodate greater numbers of attendees.

If you have questions or need handicapped parking, please call 360-435-4438.
