Here is a slow cooker recipe for meatballs. This recipe should be simmered 4 to 5 hours. You won’t have to worry about having any leftovers of these tasty meatballs. Also very good with pineapple.
Sweet and sour
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
pinch of salt
1 (12 ounce) can of bottle
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup grape jelly
In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, and salt. Mix together, then shape into balls.
In a slow cooker combine chile sauce, lemon juice and grape jelly. Stir in meatballs and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
For a quicker way of doing these, use the already made meatballs found at Costco or Sam’s Club. Slow cook until meatballs are heated through.
