ARLINGTON — Mark Kutsan, Travis Jones and Lindsey Jackson graduated when the Arlington Christian School held its commencement ceremony June 5 at the Atonement Free Lutheran Church.

The program featured a special video presentation of the graduating seniors’ lives and music by pianist Mary Long. The commencement address was presented by ACS Board President Gary D. Graber.

The three graduates have very diverse plans, said the school’s business manager, Ruth Graber.

Kutsan came to ACS in his freshman year. He was born in Astonia and his family migrated to the U.S. eight years ago. He plans to attend a junior college after working for the summer, she said.

Travis Jones started at ACS in fourth-grade. He has already joined the U.S. Army and has been assigned to the Rangers as a radio tech. He will report for duty in August.

Lindsey Jackson transferred from Stanwood High School in the beginning of 2008 in her junior year. She plans to work in a daycare in preparation for one day having her own daycare/pre-school.
